What do I need to open a Vista wallet?
A Nigerian phone number and your BVN or NIN. Higher limits need a photo ID and a selfie, and we only ask when you need them.
Is Vista a bank?
No. Vista is a technology product from VNET Global Innovation Limited. Wallet services are provided with licensed partner institutions. [Partner details to be confirmed before launch.]
When will the app be available?
We’re preparing launch on Android and iPhone. Join the waitlist to hear first.
Ajo & communities
How do I join an Ajo?
Tap the invite link, enter the code or scan the QR. You’ll see the rules and fees, then request to join. The organizer approves you.
Can my cooperative use Vista without a merchant account?
Yes. Communities register directly. Verification needs your registration certificate, officers’ IDs and the community bank account.
Money & security
A transfer failed. Where is my money?
If a transfer fails, the amount returns to your wallet automatically, with the reason on the transaction. You can report an issue from the receipt.
Someone asked for my PIN. What do I do?
Don’t share it. Freeze your account from Profile › Security and contact us. Vista staff will never ask for your PIN or OTP.
